- Deliveries will typically require a signature upon receipt.
- If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, please ensure a family member, colleague, or neighbor is available to receive and sign for the package.

- RASA is not liable for deliveries signed for by someone else at your provided address.
- We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs after delivery is completed.
- Any claims related to shortages or damage must be reported to our customer support team on the same day of delivery.
